Criminal Justice / Economics

Economics presents the core principles of microeconomics where students learn the role of demand and supply in determining prices in competitive versus monopolistic markets.  This course focuses on the most important tool in economics, supply and demand analysis, and applies those concepts in order to explain current economic issues. 


Criminal Justice provides a foundation for the procedures that various agencies use to identify and treat criminal offenders by giving students a basic introduction to crime, law, and justice.  Students will examine an overview of the law enforcement field with particular emphasis on the adjudication process which also explores the juvenile justice system.
