Remote Instruction/Learning Days
PMASD has used all four snow days scheduled in the 2020-2021 school year as of Tuesday, Feb.9, 2021. Any full school day closure in the future, due to weather conditions or too many COVID-19 cases in a building, will be remote instruction/learning days.
PMASD will maintain June 2, 2021 as the last student day for the 2020-2021 school year.
EXPECTATIONS During Remote Instruction/Learning Days
Student Expectations:
Elementary Students:
- Record attendance in Google Classroom
- Students need to log into Google Classroom and complete assignments. All assignments will be posted in Google Classroom by 9:00 AM. Assignment could include a Google Meet with the teacher.
- Students without internet access will complete packets. Packets will be returned to school on the next in-person school day.
- All extra curricular activities will be cancelled on remote instruction/learning days.
High School Students:
- Be prepared each day by taking your chromebook home.
- Record attendance in Google Classroom.
- Complete all assignments in Google Classroom. Assignments will be posted no later than 7:45AM and may require a Google Meet with the teacher during assigned class period.
- All extra curricular activities will be cancelled on school closure days due to weather conditions.
