1. A technology use agreement has been reviewed, signed and submitted to the school by each student. Insurance forms and payment are also submitted if parents are participating in the insurance program.
2. Student has a mask for riding the school bus or school van. Masks are required on buses and vans.
3. Student has a water bottle labeled with their name if they want a water bottle throughout the day.
4. Student is never coming to school feeling ill.
5. Parent and student have had a discussion about whether or not the student is wearing a face covering or mask during the school day. Masks are recommended, but masks are not required. This is parent and student choice.
6. Students are reminded to wash their hands regularly throughout the day.
7. Students are to remain socially distanced, 3 feet, as much as possible.
8. Parents and students are to report all COVID positive cases to the school administration. The school district will follow quarantine protocol for positive COVID cases throughout the school year.
9. School meals are free to every student this school year. But, we still need parents who have students able to qualify for free and reduced meals to complete the free and reduced meals application for the school district. This data is used for other programs and reasons.
