Reminder: Submit 2025-26 Chromebook Agreement and Chromebook Insurance

We are distributing Chromebook Agreement and Chromebook insurance information for the 2025-2026 school year.

Student/Parent/Guardian Chromebook Agreement Signature Page

1. Please read the Chromebook Handbook located on the Penns Manor Area Elementary School or  Penns Manor Area Jr/Sr High School website under the student or Parent tab.

2. Please complete the reverse side, Student/Parent/Guardian Chromebook Agreement Signature Page, acknowledging Chromebook and acceptable use policy, one agreement for each student.

 

The deadline for the completed Student/Parent/Guardian Chromebook Agreement Signature Page to be returned to the school is no later than the first student day for the 2025-2026 school year, Thursday, August 21, 2025.

1. The completed Student/Parent/Guardian Chromebook Agreement Signature may be returned by mail:

2. Dropped off at the elementary school office or high school office any workday prior to August 15, 2025 from 7:30 AM to 2:30 PM.

3. Send with your student the very first day of school on Thursday, August 21, 2025.

Technology Protection Plan

Please complete the Technology Protection Plan form and return.

You need to complete and return the Technology Protection Plan regardless whether you are purchasing the protection plan or not. We recommend returning the Technology Protection Plan form in with the Student/Parent/Guardian Chromebook Agreement Signature Page, but we will accept the Technology Protection Plan form and payment until the end of the day on September 5, 2025.

No payment will be accepted after that date.

 

If you decline to purchase the protection plan please place a check mark beside "Decline" and insert your student's name on the line provided. Please also sign at the bottom of the form.

 

If you wish to purchase the protection plan, please place a check mark beside the Individual Plan or Family Plan and insert your student's name or students' names on the appropriate line(s). Please also sign at the bottom of the form. Payment of $30 or $60 can be made by:
